I’m a bit of a curmudgeon and glass half empty type of person but really, this couldn’t have been a nicer more seamless experience. The products I ordered are great (tea towels and coasters) and perfect for stocking stuffers and book club presents. And the cherry on this banana sundae was the packaging. Now I know that tea towels and coasters are probably one of the easiest things to wrap but they all arrived in a very tight package with not a millimetre of spare space and no plastic bags full of air which some larger companies seem to think we all want. And from ordering to receiving was a matter of a few days only. I will be back.
